A petal guide for a week that does not rush

The seven centers are a teaching map, not a ladder you have to climb before lunch. This note walks the petals in order and shows what to notice before you buy the printable deck.

A longer outline

  1. Start at the root even if you came for the crown. The chart places survival, belonging, and the sense that the ground holds at the base. If that feels noisy, the upper petals are harder to hear.
  2. Move one petal a day using the shared weekday already stored in the chart: Monday root, Tuesday sacral, Wednesday solar plexus, Thursday heart, Friday throat, Saturday third eye, Sunday crown. That order is a teaching calendar. It is the same for everyone who uses this chart. It is not calculated from a birth time.
  3. For each petal, read four fields only: element, seed sound, emotion, and the short affirmation. Then stop. The rest of the chart is there when you want it.
  4. Notice overlap. A person can be in a heart-colored season of life and still need a root practice on a hard Tuesday. The petals do not retire.
  5. The download is the same map, set as cards you can print and leave on a table. The free page is the orientation. The cards are the thing you hold when you do not want to open a website.
