Tuesday
The stone to start with for Sacral is Carnelian. The metal on the older map is Tin. Curve stones in a soft crescent.
Wednesday
The stone to start with for Solar Plexus is Citrine. The metal on the older map is Iron. Point a triangle tip toward navel area of mat.
Thursday
The stone to start with for Heart is Rose Quartz. The metal on the older map is Copper. Cross two lines into a gentle star over chest zone.
Friday
The stone to start with for Throat is Sodalite. The metal on the older map is Mercury. Single stone at throat-height edge of mat.
Saturday
The stone to start with for Third Eye is Lapis Lazuli. The metal on the older map is Silver. Pair two small stones at brow line.
Sunday
The stone to start with for Crown is Clear Quartz. The metal on the older map is Gold. Clear point or quartz above head of mat.
