This is a guide to help you focus on rebalancing your life and your body. It is not a religious practice. It is a simple way to keep your attention on a different part of that balance each day.
These notes say where to rest attention, and which sense is paired with the petal. Glands and physical associations come from traditional teaching. They are places to notice. They are not a diagnosis, and they are not a reason to skip a doctor when something hurts or worries you.
Put a hand near the body region, or simply notice it, for a few breaths. Use the sense named here if it is easy: smell, taste, sight, touch, hearing, or quiet noticing.
Rest attention at the brow, forehead, quiet eyes. The sense paired with Third Eye is Intuition (quiet noticing). Traditional notes mention the Pituitary.
Rest attention at the crown of head, whole-body stillness. The sense paired with Crown is Beyond the senses (spacious awareness). Traditional notes mention the Pineal.
