Breath and the day’s steps

This is a guide to help you focus on rebalancing your life and your body. It is not a religious practice. It is a simple way to keep your attention on a different part of that balance each day.

Breath, pose, mudra, and the morning and evening cues are the actions for the petal. A mudra is a hand shape. A pose is optional. The breath still counts in a chair. The duration is a suggestion. Shorter still counts. The weekday is when this set is the default guide.

Do the morning cue, then the breath. Save the evening cue for the last quiet minutes. Repeat it tomorrow if you want, even if the calendar has moved on.
