What the day is for

This is a guide to help you focus on rebalancing your life and your body. It is not a religious practice. It is a simple way to keep your attention on a different part of that balance each day.

This is the point of the petal. The feeling word, the main focus, and the life theme say the same thing at different lengths. Positive qualities are what the petal is like when it has room. You can practice one quality. You do not have to take on the whole list.

Read the feeling word and the main focus. Pick one quality from the list and let the rest wait.
